37-year-old Clijsters beat Australian Open 2020 champion Kenin at World Team Tennis

37-year-old Belgian tennis player Kim Clijsters, who resumed her career in February 2020, won the match with Australian Open 2020 champion Sofia Kenin with a score of 5: 3 at World Team Tennis.

At the tournament, Clijsters represents the New York Empire team, Kenin represents the Philadelphia Freedom team. The victory of the Belgian reinforced the advantage of the New York Empire, which eventually defeated the opponent with a score of 25-17.
