A rally for women’s rights was held in Kabul

Activists staged a rally in Kabul, demanding respect for women’s rights and their participation in the government of Afghanistan, Yalda Samadi, a representative of the protesting group said.

It is noted that the women participating in the rally are representatives of different spheres and work in various fields.

“Education, work, freedom – on the way to prosperity,” the rally participants chanted, calling for respect for their rights to education, work, and freedom of speech.

On Thursday, a similar demonstration of women activists was reported in Herat, Afghanistan. They also demanded respect for their rights and the participation of women in the future Government of the country.
