The network has more than once appeared information about the first foldable smartphone from OPPO. Now a Chinese insider from the social network Weibo has shared new details about the device.
According to the informant, the device is codenamed Peacock (from the English peacock). If everything goes according to plan, then the novelty will be released on the market next month.

The novelty is credited with an OLED panel with a diagonal of 8 inches, a resolution of 2K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The device should be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 chip, a side fingerprint scanner, a main camera with a 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor, a 32 MP front camera and a 4500 mAh battery with support for 65 W fast charging.
By the way, according to the informant, OPPO is now also working on a Butterfly smartphone with a Snapdragon 898 processor on board. The smartphone should be shown in early 2022. Most likely, this is one of the devices of the flagship line OPPO Find X4.
