Apple has increased the limit to download apps from the App Store via the mobile web.

Now through the mobile Internet from the mobile operator users can download programs weighing up to 200 MB.

Resource vc.ru clarifies that last time the limit was raised in 2017 — then it was raised from 100 MB to 150 MB. Manage the limit is impossible without connection to Wi-Fi. More a predetermined amount of traffic to spend will not work.

What dictated such a ban is not clear. Hi-tech.mail.ru writes that this decision may be due to the relatively small amount of traffic that provides subscribers of mobile operators in the US and Europe. In addition, when you boot through the mobile network faster battery consumption.

However, in devices on Android, this problem was solved by a simple warning of users when trying to download programs in the Play Store.
