The White House reported on the telephone conversation between the two presidents.

President Joe Biden spoke on the phone with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Tuesday. During the conversation, the United States’ continued support for Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression was discussed.

The White House report notes that President Biden stressed the continued assistance to Ukraine from the United States.

We are talking about the continuous provision of security assistance, economic support, as well as humanitarian assistance.

Biden and Zelenskiy discussed how the United States, together with allies and partners, are working to hold Russia accountable, including by imposing sanctions that are already having an impact on the Russian economy.

The two presidents discussed the escalation of Russian attacks on facilities used by the civilian population in Ukraine, including bombing near the Holocaust Memorial in Babi Yar.
