After finishing his speech, the U.S. president bent down, trying to get rid of some kind of interference, but he failed to do it on his own.

The U.S. President Joe Biden was unable to leave the podium on his own after his speech at the EU summit. Biden made a speech about the readiness of the European Union to face challenges in the energy sector.

“Today we have agreed on a plan that should lead us to a clean ecological future. It is built on two goals. The first is to ensure Europe’s independence from Russian gas as quickly as possible. The second is to reduce the demand for gas in Europe,” Biden said before that.

But when he finished, he almost fell. He either got caught on the podium with his trousers, or dropped the text of his speech on the floor.

The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, who was standing next to her, was already ready to rush to help.

Biden somehow managed to resist, but dropped the papers and began to collect them. After that, he left the podium.
