The United States will continue to support the processes of transformation of the Middle East.

The United States and Israel will continue to confront security threats, including those emanating from Iran. This was stated on Monday by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken at a press conference on security issues in the region. The broadcast was conducted by the Israeli TV channel I24.

“The United States and Israel will continue to confront common security threats, including those emanating from Iran and its agents,” Blinken said.

He said that the United States will continue to support the processes of transformation of the Middle East.

“The United States has always supported and will continue to support the processes transforming the Middle East. <…> We will help strengthen Israel’s ties with its allies – with those who have agreements on normalization of relations with Israel and with those with whom Tel Aviv signed long-term peace agreements,” he said.
