The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the United States does not have a strategy for regime change in Russia.

Earlier, U.S. President Joe Biden said that Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot remain in power.

“I think that the president, the White House, indicated quite simply: President Putin should not have the power to start a war or resort to aggression against Ukraine and anyone else,” Blinken said during a visit to Jerusalem.

“As you know, and we talk about this all the time, we do not have a strategy for regime change in Russia or anywhere else,” the U.S. Secretary of State stressed.
