The Corporation has made changes to the device of the MCAS auxiliary system on Boeing 737 MAX aircraft and will provide detailed information about the improvements at a meeting in Seattle with representatives of airlines and pilots.
According to Boeing Vice President Mike Sinnett, the system “was tested for hundreds of hours on test benches, as well as during several flights for certification, verification and demonstration of its capabilities”.
