The plot of the game revolves around a combat chip, “which costs insane money.” The main character was instructed to steal the technology, but during the escape, the chip’s protective shell broke. V can save him from complete destruction only in his own head. The flash drive contains the digitized soul of Johnny Silverhand, who seeks to destroy the corporation that created this technology.

Thus, the city mercenary gets involved in a war with a corporation, the outcome of which depends only on you. CD Projekt promises freedom of action and a system of consequences, so you have to think carefully before you say or do something.

Players are also free to choose how to develop the main character. The system of improvements will make it possible to make both a well-aimed shooter, who runs ahead, and a secretive netrunner, who prefers to bypass battles.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on December 10, 2020, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia, and will also be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
