The version of the bill, prepared by the Senate, proposes to allocate almost 4.6 billion dollars to resolve the border humanitarian crisis and has significant differences from the bill of the House of Representatives. It is not clear whether the two chambers will be able to reach an agreement.
Meanwhile, the White House said that they were “categorically against” the bill of the House of Representatives.
