The American leader recalled that this year he signed an agreement on the first phase of the trade deal between the United States and China, and also signed a new trade agreement between the United States, Mexico, and Canada — the USMCA.
He noted that the US has invested a record $2.2 trillion in the country’s Armed forces. The head of the White House also recalled the creation of a new kind of troops — Space.
Speaking about foreign policy, he described the successes briefly: the US is again respected in the world, and the enemies are retreating. According to Trump, the United States is committed to “restoring democracy” in Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba. He also addressed the Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido, who was present in the hall, saying that the US considers him the “true and legitimate” President.
In his speech, the American leader touched on the situation in the health sector. Donald Trump spoke about the fight against the opioid epidemic and noted that the US is successfully cooperating with China in the fight against the coronavirus epidemic. He promised that the US administration would take all necessary steps to protect the country’s citizens from this threat. Trump expressed confidence that the country’s authorities will be able to put an end to the AIDS epidemic in the United States by the end of the decade.

Donald Trump also called on Congress to Fund space programs so that the United States becomes the first country to land a female astronaut on the moon’s surface, as well as plant its flag on Mars.
