The creators of Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires presented about 11 minutes of action gameplay at ChinaJoy 2021, showcasing what the game looks like on the PlayStation 5.
In addition, in an interview, the developers said that the version of the action for the next generation consoles will have two modes: one with native 4K resolution, and the other with 60 FPS. Also downloads on Xbox Series and PS5 are much faster.
Recall that in “Empires” they rely on three key elements:
- large-scale sieges of castles “one against a thousand”
- diplomacy with all sorts of conspiracies, secret meetings and maintaining relationships
- the ability to edit your officers.
The release of Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires was supposed to take place this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, but in March the developers postponed the game indefinitely.
