British singer Ed Sheeran has announced that he has contracted the coronavirus.
“I want to say that, unfortunately, I have a positive coronavirus test, so I’m going into self-isolation, and I’m following all the government’s regulations,” the performer said on Instagram.
He added that he would try to give scheduled interviews and concerts right from home. “I apologize to everyone I let down. Take care of yourself,” Sheeran wrote.
Ed Sheeran is a performer from the UK, known for such compositions as Shape of You, Perfect, Thinking Out Loud. The release of Sheeran’s new album “=” (pronounced “equals”) is scheduled for October 29, 2021.
