After the meal, Mr. Johnson noticed that he “especially liked the cheese and unusual dark cookies” prepared by the queen,” royal biographer Robert Harman shares with Express.
Only that dark cookie was meant for dogs, and Secretary Paul Murphy had to inform the former minister about it. It is still unknown why the queen did not warn the guest against eating for corgi — perhaps she just wanted to show off the work of her cooks.
