According to the entrepreneur, the mistake of U.S. President Joe Biden is that he thinks he was chosen to transform the country, although in reality everyone just wanted less drama.

American entrepreneur Elon Musk confirmed his intention to restore access to the social network Twitter to former U.S. President Donald Trump. Musk posted a corresponding statement on his microblog on Thursday.

“Although I think that a less controversial candidate should be nominated in the [presidential] elections of 2024, I still believe that Trump should be reinstated on Twitter,” said Musk, who is acquiring this social network. The entrepreneur also spoke about the current American leader Joe Biden, who defeated Trump following the results of the 2020 presidential election. According to Musk, “Biden’s mistake is that he thinks he was chosen to transform the country, although in reality everyone just wanted less drama.”

Earlier, Musk, speaking at a conference organized by the British newspaper Financial Times, said that, in his opinion, “it was wrong to block [the account] Donald Trump.” He added that the decision to block, which was “bad from a moral point of view” and “alienated [from the social network] a huge part of the country,” will be reviewed.
