On International Women’s Day, 29-year-old Emily Ratajkowski became a mother for the first time: she had a son, whom she and her husband Sebastian Bier-McClard named Sylvester. Now the model and actress is getting used to her new role as a mother and recalls how magical was the moment when her first child was born.
A few hours ago, she posted on her Instagram pictures taken directly during childbirth and in the first minutes of her son’s life. Emily was photographed by her husband, Sebastian, right in the delivery room.

Ratajkowski’s touching photos were appreciated by numerous fans and by some of her celebrity friends and colleagues. So, Kaia Gerber called Emily “a wonderful mother”, and Gigi Hadid, who herself recently became a mother, wrote:

Recall that the other day Emily Ratajkowski first got into the paparazzi lenses after the birth of her son. Reporters spotted her walking with her husband and their beloved dog in New York. Young parents left the newborn baby at home that day.
By the way, during her pregnancy, Ratajkowski was repeatedly criticized by Internet users. Some condemned her for overly frank photoshoots with a rounded belly, while others decided that Emily had enlarged her lips with injections in anticipation of the baby. The model, by the way, denied the last rumour, saying that she had never given herself “beauty injections” to make her lips plump.
