EU leaders have agreed on a partial ban on Russian oil exports. The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, wrote about this on Twitter.

“This immediately covers more than two–thirds of oil imports from Russia, cutting off a huge source of financing for its military machine,” he said. “The leaders also agreed to disconnect the largest Russian bank Sberbank from the SWIFT system and ban the broadcasting of three state–owned Russian channels.”
