American mixed style fighter (MMA) Tony Ferguson reacted to Khabib Nurmagomedov to end his career. The athlete on Twitter left a comment on the post of manager of Russian Ali Abdel-Aziz.
The athlete from the United States called the UFC champion a dummy and accused him of cowardice. He also said that after leaving the sport, Nurmagomedov mentally surrendered to him.
On Friday, March 19, UFC head Dana White announced the official retirement of Nurmagomedov’s career. Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira are now competing for the vacant UFC lightweight title.
Nurmagomedov won 29 victories in 29 fights, of which 13 were in the UFC. His fight with Ferguson, who owned the interim champion belt, was cancelled five times for various reasons.
