Huami introduced the Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch with eSIM support in China in April and is now going to launch it on the global market.

This was announced by the company’s official Twitter account. The novelty will be called Amazfit GTR 2 LTE. When exactly the watch will be presented is still unknown.

Recall that the built-in SIM card will allow you to use Amazfit GTR 2 without connecting to a smartphone. The watch will receive a 1.39-inch round AMOLED display, a 417 mAh battery with an autonomy of up to 38 days, a heart rate sensor, an accelerometer, a function for measuring blood oxygen levels, GPS, water protection, 90 sports modes, and a built-in microphone.

Presumably, Amazfit GTR 2 LTE will be asked in the global market for about $220-250.

Updated: the watch is officially unveiled. They will start selling in Europe this quarter. The issue price is 250 euros.
