Huawei has unexpectedly released a firmware update for the 2016 smartphone.

We are talking about the flagship Huawei P9. According to the Chinese edition ITHome, the system received the build number EVA-TL00 8.0.0.558 (C01) and weighs 318 MB. In the software, the developers have worked on bugs and security. In addition, the company removed some pre-installed applications, added a folder with program recommendations and optimized system search in the smartphone. It is launched by swiping down on the desktop and allows you to find offline and online content.

The firmware has so far been released for smartphones in China. It is not known whether the devices will receive it on the global market.
