The fourth-generation Hyundai Santa Fe got a wide grille, LED T-shaped daytime running lights, and enlarged wheel arches with 20-inch wheels. The taillights are connected by a thin horizontal stripe.
The Korean company noted that the interior has become more spacious, and the interior with premium materials has become more luxurious.
On the center console is a 10.25-inch touch screen multimedia system with navigation, image output from the rear camera, and a set of entertainment functions. The same display, by the way, is installed in the premium Genesis.
The gear lever was changed to buttons. To the right of them is a rotary selector for selecting a driving mode: for driving on sand, snow, dirt, as well as an eco-mode, sport, comfort, and automatic intelligence, which recognizes the driving style and selects the mode yourself.
Technical characteristics of the model were not announced, as well as the release date of the model. According to preliminary information, Santa Fe will be built on a new platform that will allow Hyundai to sell a model with a hybrid power plant. Traditional gasoline engines will remain in the lineup.
New Santa Fe is expected to enter the market in the fall of 2020.
