Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov insists on the impossibility of his return to the octagon.

The MMA star says that even the defeat of his successor Islam Makhachev will not make him change his mind.

“I thought I said it all. Did you watch my last fight? What did I say? And nothing will change. I have my own way, and Islam has its own way. I think if Islam loses somewhere-anything can happen — then it will fix everything itself. And we will be there and help you to avoid these failures… I have no desire to return. And I do not think that it will ever appear at all,” Khabib reports.

Recall that on March 19, the head of the UFC Dana White announced the final departure of Nurmagomedov from the sport.

The Russian finished his career with a record of 29-0.
