Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said that he ordered the closure of all beaches and ski resorts as part of measures against the spread of coronavirus.
“I just ordered to close all organized beaches and ski resorts from tomorrow. The situation is serious and requires responsibility from all. Avoid public places where there are a lot of people. Let us all comply with the circumstances”, said the Prime Minister of Greece.
In addition, Mitsotakis urged fellow citizens not to leave home.
“Close the door to the coronavirus and stay inside as much as we can. Especially if we belong to a vulnerable group of the population, then we must be even more careful. We protect ourselves – we protect society”, Mitsotakis urged Greek citizens.

For 15 days, courts, playgrounds, gyms, cinemas, theaters, concert venues, and entertainment centers are closed.
