In Iran, the head of the center for research and innovation at the Ministry of defense, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, who was called the head of the country’s nuclear program, was killed. The Fars News Agency reported this on November 27.

According to the Agency, the scientist’s car was blown up and then shelled. The attack, which took place in Absurd, near Tehran, involved three or four people killed by bodyguards.

The Ministry of defense of Iran confirmed the death of Fakhrizadeh.

“This is cowardice with a serious indication of Israel’s involvement, which speaks to the desperate militancy of criminals,” Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said.
