Meanwhile, according to Arab News, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on state television today that all those responsible for the crash will be punished. According to Rouhani, the responsibility for what happened does not lie with one person.

The head of Iran said that a special court will be formed, which will include “dozens of experts.”
