Residents of the US state of Missouri suffer from high water.
Due to the large-scale flooding, the fields of local farmers were threatened. If usually at this time of year 90 % of crops have already been planted, now the fields are planted only 36 %.
Besides the fact that many farmers were on the verge of ruin, serious problems arose with the movement. There is only one gas station in the area where people can replenish gas supplies for their homes and boats. However, it may soon be closed, because it is located on the shore of the river.
