In the US state of Michigan, a group of passers-by managed to hold the attraction, which almost fell along with the people riding, FOX 35 reports.
According to media reports, the incident occurred at the celebration of the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City.
The footage shows how the base of the attraction begins to sway, but passers-by standing nearby managed to hold it until the carousel stopped.
It is noted that later the operators dismantled it.
