At least seven people on Sunday were victims of a series of accidents caused by a sandstorm in Millard County (Utah). This is stated in a message posted on the same day on the website of the state Department of Public Safety.

“At least 20 vehicles were involved in a series of accidents on Sunday because strong winds caused a sand storm and worsened visibility on the roadway,” the department said.

According to him, seven people were killed in an accident. Several motorists were hospitalized.
