This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of Poland Jaroslaw Kaczynski.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, Deputy Prime Minister of Poland and leader of the ruling Law and Justice party, called for sending a peacekeeping mission to Ukraine.

Kaczynski said this in Kiev at a joint press conference with the participation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

“I think it is necessary to have a peacekeeping mission – NATO, perhaps some broader international structure – but a mission capable of defending itself during operations on Ukrainian territory,” Kaczynski said during a press conference broadcast by Polish television.

In addition to Kaczynski, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala and Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa arrived in Kyiv.

Volodymyr Zelenskiy expressed his gratitude to them for their support.
