North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has decided to postpone a plan to carry out military actions against South Korea.

He said this at a preliminary meeting of the Central Military Committee of the seventh conference of the Workers ‘ Party of Korea, held in the format of a video conference, Yonhap reports.

During the meeting, the first drafts of military policy, reports, and resolutions that will be submitted to the fifth session of the Central Military Committee were considered.

Also, during the event, documents that reflect “state measures to further strengthen the country’s military deterrence force” were reviewed.
Recall that on June 9, the leadership of the DPRK announced that it had decided to block communication lines with South Korea, which had been operating since 2018 after the meeting of the leaders of the two countries.
