The U.S. ambassador to the UN said that Russia is becoming a rogue state all over the world.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and other officials recently warned that Russian attacks could intensify before Victory Day. The authorities of some Ukrainian cities have imposed a curfew or warned people against holding public events. It was expected that Russian President Vladimir Putin might want to announce some kind of triumph in Ukraine, addressing the participants of the parade on Red Square.
“They have nothing to celebrate tomorrow,” U.S. Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas–Greenfield told CNN the day before. – They failed to defeat Ukraine. They failed to divide the world or divide NATO. They have only managed to isolate themselves in the international arena and become a rogue state all over the world.”
