Manchester United pretends on Watford goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann, according to insider Fabrizio Romano.

The clubs are already negotiating the transfer of the player. It is reported that the hornets will be satisfied exclusively with the option of selling Bachmann.

Manchester United sees Daniel as the second or even third goalkeeper of the first team. He could be a replacement for Dean Henderson, who is close to moving to Nottingham Forest.

27-year-old Austrian Bachmann conceded 28 goals in 12 matches of the previous season of the Premier League.

Bachmann’s contract with Watford runs until the summer of 2024. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the player at 2.5 million euros.
