Mayweather and Logan Paul agree on a new date for the fight

Former five-weight boxing world champion Floyd Mayweather will face YouTube blogger Logan Paul on June 5, The Athletic reports. Initially, the battle was supposed to occur on February 20, but it was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It is reported that according to the conditions, Mayweather should weigh no more than 160 lbs (72.5 kg), and Paul – no more than 190 lbs (86.2 kg).

Mayweather, 44, began his boxing career in 1996. In his last fight in August 2017, he defeated former UFC champion Conor McGregor in two weight divisions by knocking him out in the 10th round.

Paul, 26, made his in-ring debut in November 2019, losing to the KSI blogger by split decision. Paul’s YouTube channel has over 20 million subscribers.
