Microsoft hints at the announcement of Windows 11

Even during the launch of Windows 10, Microsoft assured that the “ten” will be the latest version of the operating system and in the future will receive only major updates without changing the name. But now everything points to the fact that Windows 11 is still there.

This is hinted at in a new commercial posted by Microsoft. This is a music teaser that brings together the iconic Windows 95, Windows XP and Windows 7 ringtones, but in a highly slow motion.

“Can’t relax because you’re too excited for Microsoft’s June 24th event? Take a leisurely trip down memory lanes to the sounds of Windows 95, XP and 7 startup, which are slowed 4000% down to meditative speed,” reads the video description.

Interestingly, the video is exactly 11 minutes long, which is most likely a reference to Windows 11. In addition, the presentation is scheduled for 11:00, and the window image on the invitation casts a shadow like the number 11.

The new version of Windows, codenamed Sun Valley, is expected to receive a major redesign. Earlier, the head of the company called the upcoming update “the largest in the last 10 years.”
