Microsoft obliges employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19

Microsoft will return its employees to work in the offices this year. But for this they will have to undergo mandatory vaccination against COVID-19.

The new rules will affect all Microsoft employees who work in the United States, as well as campus visitors. The company will begin to require documents confirming the receipt of two doses of the coronavirus vaccine, starting in September this year.

Microsoft offices have been empty for over a year, but soon all employees will return to their workplaces. The return was originally scheduled for September 7, but the company has set a new date for October 4. Microsoft has a total of 103,000 employees in the US.
