Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3: the first Wear OS watch with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor

Mobvoi has announced its new smartwatch called TicWatch Pro 3.

The watch looks almost indistinguishable from the previous model. It received the same steel case with plastic inserts and IP68 protection, a leather strap with a standard mount and a 1.4-inch dual display with AMOLED and LCD-matrix. The first screen is the main one, and the second one is additional. Thanks to it and a 577-hour battery, the watch can work up to 45 days in energy-saving mode. With normal use, the autonomy will last for 2-3 days.

The main feature of the TicWatch Pro 3 is the new Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor. The chip has become much more efficient and more energy efficient than its predecessor. It is built on a 12nm process technology and has an ARM Cortex-A53 core. The processor is paired with 1 GB of RAM and an 8 GB drive. TicWatch Pro 3 can measure heart rate, noise level, SpO2, and can also monitor sleep and various types of activities. They have GPS, NFC and a microphone for conversations. The novelty works under the control of the Wear OS system.

The TicWatch Pro 3 has already started selling in the US and Europe. The issue price is $299 or 299 euros.
