Commercial oil reserves in the United States over the past week increased by 4.3 million barrels and on October 22 amounted to 430.812 million barrels, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.

December Brent crude futures on the London ICE Exchange fell by 1.31% to $84.53 per barrel, WTI crude oil declined by 1.19% to $83.64 per barrel.
