OnePlus has already released the Android 12 beta for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro flagships, and has now announced the launch of a closed beta program for the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro and 8T models.

Simply put, the smartphone maker is looking for volunteers who are willing to test OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 on their devices. All of them will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

OnePlus has some requirements for future testers:

  • availability of smartphones OnePlus 8, 8 Pro or 8T
  • active participation in the OnePlus community
  • willingness to regularly communicate and provide feedback for the OnePlus team on Telegram

The most important thing is to understand that this is not a stable version, but a beta test, which may contain errors, work unstable and cause certain risks. You should be prepared to install assemblies that require clean flash. They can erase all data, so it is recommended not to install beta firmware on the main device.

If you are ready for this and meet the above requirements, you can apply HERE. But hurry up – the number of seats is limited: 200 volunteers for the OnePlus 8T and 200 people in total for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. But OnePlus promises gifts to the best performers.
