Former US Vice President Mike Pence declined an invitation to attend the event, which is expected to be the first public speech of Donald Trump after the expiration of his presidential term, Fox News reported on Sunday, citing sources.

Organizers of the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) offered him a speech, but Pence declined.

The event will be held in Orlando on February 28. According to The Hill, Trump will speak on the last day of the conference. He is expected to talk about the future of the Republican Party and the conservative movement and criticize the migration policy of President Joe Biden.
