Poland has decided to impose a ban on coal imports from Russia.

This was announced by the press secretary of the Government of the republic, Piotr Muller.

“Referring to security issues, we proposed rules that block the import of coal from Russia at the country level. It will be written into the law,” Muller said.

As the representative of the Polish government explained, the decision fits into the framework of the developed draft law aimed at countering Russia’s aggression in Ukraine.
