Prince Harry and Meghan Markle asked for a meeting with Elizabeth II

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have asked for an audience with Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. It is assumed that the Dukes of Sussex wanted to introduce their daughter and her great-granddaughter, Princess Lilibet, to the queen, writes The Sun, citing sources at the royal court.

It is noted that many are amazed by the request of the spouses to meet with Elizabeth II. The Dukes of Sussex could declare a sincere desire to see the Queen. However, this decision is surprising, considering “what the couple forced Elizabeth II to go through this year.” At the Queen’s court, a meeting with the Dukes of Sussex is considered possible but “shocking.”

At the moment, the queen has not given official consent to the visit of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to the court. At the same time, it is known that she would like to see her great-granddaughter Lilibet. The possible date of the audience is also not yet called.
