Together with the Narzo 30 Pro 5G smartphone, Realme released today the new Buds Air 2 TWS headphones.

As the name suggests, this is the second generation of the original Buds Air, which was introduced in 2019. The novelty has received a vacuum design, IPX5 protection, proximity sensors, and 10 mm Hi-Fi drivers.

The headphones are powered by a proprietary R2 chip paired with a Bluetooth 5.2 module. Buds Air 2 also boasts sound cancellation system (up to 25 dB), Google Fast Pair function, Transparency Mode and Gaming mode. The former increases ambient noise, while the latter reduces audio latency in games by up to 88ms.

Realme Buds Air 2 will last 5 hours from one charge. The charging case will last up to 25 hours (22.5 hours with ANC). By the way, the case does not support wireless charging, so it only charges via the USB-C port.

Realme Buds Air 2 will start selling in India on March 2nd with a price tag of $45. For comparison, the first Buds Air started at $ 56. When the novelty gets to us, there is no information yet.
