Announced in the spring of 2021, Redmi Note 10S has just reached DxOMark specialists. They tested the smartphone camera and delivered their verdict.
Video recording was rated at 82 points. The disadvantages included unstable exposure, noise in low light, and insufficient saturation. At the same time, Redmi Note 10S shoots video well outdoors and has good image stabilization.
For photographing the model received 98 points. Here, the strengths were attributed to exposure, natural color rendition, and white balance, while the weak ones included limited dynamic range, inaccurate autofocus, and low level of detail.
Redmi Note 10S with 92 points in total is near the end of the DxOMark ranking. It could not get past the Vivo Y72 5G (94 points), but it was slightly higher than the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G (89 points), which were also tested in September.
Recall that the main camera in Redmi Note 10S is represented by four modules. The resolution is 64 Mp + 8 Mp + 2 Mp + 2 Mp. The smartphone can shoot video in FHD at 60 FPS and in 4K at 30 FPS, but the tests were carried out at 1080p / 30fps.
