Relations between Russia and the United States have fundamentally changed in light of the operation in Ukraine, Department of State spokesman Ned Price said.

“Russia’s actions, an unnecessary, unprovoked, brutal campaign unnecessarily fundamentally changed the relations that Moscow had not only with the United States, but also with countries around the world,” Price said at a briefing.

“The taste, the look, the feeling of our relations with Moscow is very different from what it was last week and even a few days ago,” he added.
