Experts from DxOMark have tested the autonomy and fast charging of the flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S21. The test involved a version based on the Snapdragon 888 processor, which is not officially sold in Europe.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 is equipped with a 120 Hz OLED display and a 4000 mAh battery. The model works on the basis of One UI 3.1 firmware with the Android 11 operating system.

The experts called the battery life quite good. When using 7 hours/day, the smartphone lasted 31 hours, which is a good indicator. You can listen to music on the Samsung Galaxy S21 for 34 hours.

This is where the smartphone has problems. The January novelty supports 25-watt wire charging. The battery is fully charged in 96 minutes. It should be noted that the first 54% of the capacity is recruited within 30 minutes, while up to 80% of the battery is charged in 79 minutes. As you understand, 17 minutes are allocated for the last 20%.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 also has fast wireless charging. It has a power of 15 W, and it takes 161 minutes to fully charge. According to the results of the tests, the specialists noted that the branded power supply unit, which must be purchased separately, has a low residual power consumption.

The hero of the note received a modest 69 points from DxOMark. The leader of the rating in the person of OPPO Reno 6 5G – 96 points. In the overall standings, the Samsung Galaxy S21 took 25th place. The Exynos 2100 version scored 6 points less at once.
