Today we have already written details about the foldable smartphone Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. But WinFuture did not stop there and revealed information about another new product, which will be presented on August 11 – Galaxy Z Flip 3.
It will be a clamshell with a more affordable price tag than the Galaxy Z Fold 3. Inside is a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 1080 × 2640 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, on the outside – a 1.9-inch screen with a resolution of 260 × 512 pixels.
Also, the foldable smartphone should receive a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 128/256 GB of non-expandable storage UFS 3.1, a side fingerprint scanner, and a 3300 mAh battery. IPx8 water-resistant, making the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 the first waterproof foldable smartphones.
Unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 3, there will be no subscreen camera – the equipment will include a 10-megapixel front camera and a dual main camera (sensor with 12 MP, f/1.8, and optical image stabilization + 12 MP “wide” f/2.2).
When unfolded, the device measures 166 x 72.2 x 6.9 mm and weighs 183 g.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to start at € 1,100 in Europe.
