At least three people were injured in a shooting near a school stadium in the American city of Manassas (Virginia). This was reported on Sunday by ABC television.

According to the Prince William County Police, the victims were taken to hospitals, information about their age and health status was not disclosed. It is known that at the time of the shooting, a football match was taking place on the territory of the stadium. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident. The shooter has not been arrested yet.

As ABC notes, this is the third such case of shooting in the United States over the past week. On April 28, about two dozen shots were fired near the school stadium in Chicago (Illinois), where a baseball game was held, but no one was injured. Another shooting episode occurred on April 25 in North Charleston, South Carolina, also during a baseball game.
