Stoltenberg welcomed talks with Russia on nuclear weapons

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg welcomes the talks between Russia and the United States on nuclear weapons control.

“I welcome the fact that Russia and the United States are beginning negotiations on how to reach an agreement on controlling nuclear weapons. This is very important for all of us,” Stoltenberg said, speaking at an international forum in Brussels.
