The death toll in the collapse of an apartment building in the US state of Florida reached 86 after rescuers recovered 14 more bodies, said the mayor of Miami-Dade County, Daniella Lavine Cava.
“Rescuers were able to get a few more victims (from under the rubble)… Thus, the total number of confirmed deaths is 86,” Cava said at a press conference.
According to her, the identities of 62 victims were identified.
